If you are on the East Coast, you know it’s too hot today. It’s one of those days that drives power grids crazy. It’s one of those days that keeps HVAC guys hopping. It’s one of those days in which the green guys fiddle furtively with their thermostats. It’s in the high double 90’s (temperature and humidity) at 10:45 at night. It’s hot.
It was hot last night as I pretended to sleep. It’ll be hotter tomorrow, but at least 4 degrees. It’s hot
What follows is a bunch of titles that I thought maybe I’d write. But the porch where I write it still too hot.
- From Point Service to Enterprise Service
- From Point Service to Building Informatics
- Why Grid CIM for homes is a bad idea
- From Control to Orchestration
- From Closed to Open
- From Integratable to Interoperable
- From System to Service
- From Hygiene to Asset
- From Expense to Benefit
- Uncontrollable and Invisible to Responsive and Visible
I may yet write these articles. You can vote on your favorite title and make me write it sooner.
But tonight, it’s too hot.
